Package Your Items
Carefully place the items in their original packaging, ensuring all designer tags and hygiene seals remain intact and undamaged.
Affix the Shipping Label
Download and print your prepaid return shipping label from the portal, then securely attach it to the outside of your parcel.
Drop Off and Track
Hand your package to your local authorized courier drop-off point and keep your tracking receipt until your refund has been processed.
